Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will function as the Centralized HR for the Group, partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, develop talent, and build a high-performance culture across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and organizational development.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding.
- Manage performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Lead HR audits, HR budgeting, HR development, and cross-functional HR coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
- 10+ years of HR experience, with relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Exposure to diversified industries such as Real Estate, IT, or Media & Entertainment will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
