Job Summary
We are looking for a Technically Strong Slimming Specialist with practical knowledge of slimming treatments, body contouring, diet and nutrition, weight management, inch loss, slimming machines and guest consultation.
The candidate should be capable of handling slimming consultations, diet and nutrition guidance, treatment planning, machine-based slimming procedures, guest progress monitoring and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct guest consultations and understand their weight-loss, inch-loss and body-contouring requirements.
- Provide basic customized diet and nutrition guidance according to guest goals.
- Have good knowledge of calorie management, portion control, meal planning, macros, healthy eating and weight-management principles.
- Combine diet, lifestyle modification and slimming treatments to create suitable weight-management programs.
- Perform slimming and body-contouring treatments safely and effectively.
- Have hands-on knowledge of:
- RF / Radio Frequency
- Cavitation
- Vacuum Therapy
- HIFU Body Contouring
- Cryolipolysis / Fat Freezing
- EMS / Muscle Stimulation
- Lipolaser
- Infrared Therapy
- Pressotherapy
- Body Contouring & Inch-Loss Treatments
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, precautions and expected outcomes to guests.
- Monitor guest weight, body measurements, inch loss and overall progress.
- Maintain proper consultation and treatment records.
- Educate guests about diet, nutrition, hydration, exercise and lifestyle changes.
- Follow all company treatment protocols, SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and basic maintenance of slimming machines.
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians and clinic managers whenever required.
- Support the clinic sales team with technical knowledge about slimming treatments and packages.
- Handle guest queries and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Participate in training and skill-development sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in slimming, wellness, weight management, nutrition or aesthetic clinics.
- Strong practical knowledge of slimming and inch-loss treatments.
- Good knowledge of diet and nutrition for weight management and fat-loss programs.
- Experience in explaining diet plans, meal plans and lifestyle modification programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of slimming and body-contouring machines.
- Strong guest consultation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of weight management, body composition, calorie management and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Confident in handling guests and explaining treatment and diet programs.
- Willingness to travel across company clinics for training or technical support, if required.
