Job Description
We are looking for Tele callers who can actively contribute to sales, marketing, and recruitment activities. The role involves handling calls, generating leads, promoting services, and supporting recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates.
- Handle inbound queries related to products, services, and job opportunities.
- Promote company offerings and assist in marketing campaigns.
- Maintain call logs, lead data, and recruitment records in Excel.
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up.
- Coordinate with sales and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Build and manage a network of prospects and candidates.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking sales, marketing, and recruitment data.
- Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and recruitment functions.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
Requirements
- Must have access to a laptop.
- Comfortable with phone‑based communication and multitasking.
- Added advantage: Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
