*About the Role*
We are looking for a dynamic *Business Development Executive* to expand our partner network in the study abroad space. You will play a key role in onboarding education agents, forging institutional partnerships, and driving student recruitment growth through our B2B channels.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Agent Onboarding & Training: Equip study abroad agents with tools and knowledge to promote our partner universities.
* Outreach & Sourcing: Identify and engage new partners through fairs, visits, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
* Institutional Partnerships: Build B2B collaborations with colleges, coaching centers, and universities.
* Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agents and institutions.
* Sales Support: Help agents with application queries, tracking, and conversion support.
* Market Insights: Research competitor activities and market trends to guide strategy.
* Brand Presence: Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and events.
*What We’re Looking For*
* 1–2 years of B2B experience in study abroad recruitment or agent management
* Understanding of international study destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a growth mindset
* Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment
