About the Role
Godwin Architecture is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate combines strong spatial design capabilities, hands-on expertise in comprehensive material selection, and proficiency across complete visualization, documentation, and presentation software suites.
Technical & Software Requirements
3D Visualization & Rendering: 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 Render
2D Drafting & BIM: AutoCAD, Revit
Presentation & Graphics: Adobe Photoshop (post-processing, render enhancement, and mood boards)and video editing softwires.
Documentation & Management: Microsoft Office (Excel for BOQs, estimation, and material schedules; Word for project documentation and specifications)
Material & Furnishing Expertise
In-depth knowledge and hands-on selection experience with:
Wall & floor tiles, natural stone, porcelain, and cladding
Laminates, veneers, acrylics, and wood finishes
Curtains, drapery, upholstery, and accent fabrics
Hardware, sanitaryware, paint finishes, and decorative lighting
Key Responsibilities
Prepare end-to-end interior design layouts, working drawings, and architectural details using AutoCAD and Revit.
Source, specify, and compile material sample boards, material schedules, and cost estimates (Excel).
Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and video walkthroughs using 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 Render, and post-process visuals in Photoshop.
Prepare design proposals, project specifications, and client presentation decks (Word/Photoshop).
Coordinate directly with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to verify material specs and site execution.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a portfolio containing:
High-resolution photorealistic 3D renders (with Photoshop post-production) and video walkthroughs
Sample mood boards, material palettes, or executed project photos highlighting finish selections
