### **Role Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive responsible for on-ground customer acquisition and wallet top-ups within assigned territories. This is a field-driven role monitored through geo-tagging for attendance and activity tracking.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Achieve daily and monthly targets for **new customer acquisition**.
* Drive **wallet top-ups and first-time orders** from onboarded customers.
* Set up **canopy/standee promotions** in gated societies and partner retail outlets (e.g., Reliance stores).
* Educate residents about the Milkbasket app, its benefits, and the 7 AM delivery model.
* Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with app installation & registration.
* Maintain daily activity reports via geo-tagged attendance and task updates.
* Build strong relationships with society management and store partners.

### **Requirements:**
* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
* Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, telecom, or app-based services preferred.
* Must own a smartphone (Android preferred) for geo-tagged attendance and reporting.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.
