Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales Consultants.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
* Allocate daily leads and monitor follow-up activities through the CRM system.
* Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
* Coach and mentor team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
* Ensure prompt handling of walk-in customers, enquiries, and test drives.
* Monitor enquiry conversion, bookings, retail deliveries, and pending cases.
* Support Sales Consultants in closing high-value and complex sales.
* Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Accessories, and RTO teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
* Develop local marketing activities, roadshows, corporate visits, and customer engagement programs to generate new business.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).
* Ensure compliance with Honda dealership policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices.
* Monitor showroom discipline, grooming standards, and attendance of the sales team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
