1. Field Executive – Cluster Growth (Seller Acquisition)

Role:
Responsible for identifying and onboarding sellers (brands, manufacturers, distributors, retailers) to sell on Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market visits and territory mapping
- Pitch Flipkart and convert businesses into sellers
- Ensure sellers list catalogue and are ready to accept orders
- Visit sellers to support onboarding and resolve issues
- Provide daily updates on seller activity and market feedback
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Field Sales / Territory Sales / Merchant Acquisition / FMCG distribution
- Tamil & English fluency (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
2. Field Executive – KAM (Manufacturers)
Locations:
- Tiruppur / Coimbatore / Karur – 5
- Chennai – 5
Role:
Identify and onboard high-potential manufacturers as sellers on Flipkart and support them in the first 3 months of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach manufacturers in the assigned area
- Pitch Flipkart seller program and onboard them
- Support sellers with catalog listing, pricing, promotions, shipping & returns
- Resolve issues related to logistics, payments, and technical support
- Guide sellers on pricing and business growth
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1+ year experience in E-commerce / Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / FMCG distribution
- Tamil & English fluency mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with 90% field travel
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
