Job Overview
Mudra Publicity is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Tender Assistant to support tender-related documentation, proposal preparation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Search and track tender opportunities through various portals.
· Download, review, and organize tender documents.
· Prepare tender submissions and required supporting documents.
· Coordinate with internal teams for data and approvals.
· Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and correspondence.
· Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
· Follow up on tender status and updates.
· Handle documentation and general administrative tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Any Graduate (B. Com, BBA, BA, BCA, B.Sc. or equivalent)
· Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Strong attention to detail and documentation
· Ability to work under deadlines
· Familiarity with GeM and government tender portals is preferred
