You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, supporting commercial performance analytics and business reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, and strategy functions. You will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing sales, market, pricing, margin, and consumer performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers. You will help develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that improve business visibility, strengthen planning processes, and support commercial performance management. You will also contribute to reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
What are we looking for? • 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, category management, finance analytics, or performance reporting • Strong experience in sales, pricing, margin, market share, and business performance analysis • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reporting • Hands-on experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and executive-level storytelling • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making • SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis • Experience with ThinkCell for executive presentation development • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes • Exposure to FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries • Understanding of market performance, category management, or commercial planning frameworks
Roles and Responsibilities: • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret commercial performance data across sales, margins, pricing, units, market share, and consumer metrics • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making • Monitor product launches, promotions, and trade initiatives against business plans and highlight performance variances • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports, scorecards, and dashboards using BI tools and advanced Excel • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs, acting as a trusted source of business performance information • Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and performance reviews for leadership stakeholders • Identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities through ongoing analysis and reporting • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Planning teams to understand business requirements and deliver relevant insights • Support reporting standardization, dashboard enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests and provide timely business performance updates • Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and process controls to improve reporting reliability and efficiency • Communicate performance outcomes and recommendations effectively to local and global stakeholders
