Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a safe and effective manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist in managing medical equipment and supplies
- Participate in continuous education and training opportunities
Skills and Tools Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
- Team player with a strong sense of empathy and compassion
Candidates with prior experience in a hospital setting and specialized training in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or intensive care will be given preference.
