We are looking for an experienced Site forman for our residential tower projects in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day fabrication activities at site.
- Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Review and understand fabrication/shop drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of fabrication and installation works.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.
Requirements:
- BA, Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication works, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, structural steel works, and site execution.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to handle fabricators and ensure productivity and quality standards.
