Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 1–4 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., FMCG, SaaS, Real Estate, Education, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
