About the Job
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and social media activities with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the EdTech industry and the ability to independently manage and optimize digital campaigns that generate quality leads at cost-effective rates.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while coordinating with the demo and sales teams for lead follow-up and conversion. Since creative design and multimedia production will be handled by the multimedia team, the primary focus of this role will be campaign management, performance optimization, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and actively operate company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms with strong cost optimization strategies.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve results through testing and optimization.
- Generate high-quality leads and coordinate with the demo/sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics including CPL, CTR, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the multimedia and design team for creatives, videos, posters, and promotional materials.
- Schedule and publish social media content based on marketing plans and campaign objectives.
- Engage with audiences and respond to basic inquiries through social media platforms when required.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and achievement of lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen marketing strategies and improve conversion performance.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline; Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
- Mandatory minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in EdTech Digital Marketing.
- Candidates without relevant EdTech digital marketing experience will not be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
