Sales Head – FMCG Division
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our FMCG business operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution networks, managing sales teams, and achieving business targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and lead regional sales teams for maximum performance.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct regular market visits and team reviews.
- Drive product visibility, branding, and market expansion initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution systems.
- Target-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
Location
- As per company requirement.

- Experience in handling large distribution networks.
- Ability to manage multi-location sales operations.
- Strong market understanding and business development skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
