Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a hunger for growth, capable of driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with investors and property buyers
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate/property sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive results

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
