About the role
TBES Global Pvt. Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have strong organizational skills, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for ensuring successful project delivery, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables across multiple projects
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to support successful project completion
- Facilitate communication between clients, project managers, engineers, BIM teams, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
- Track project status, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing project meetings and review sessions
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and quality objectives
- Support project managers in managing client expectations and project deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective project execution
Skills & Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management support roles
- Any Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with BIM, AEC, Engineering, or Construction projects will be an added advantage
- Experience coordinating international projects (UK/USA/Europe/Middle East) is preferred
