Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HR Activities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Conduct recruitment calls and initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
Database Management
- Maintain candidate and employee databases accurately.
- Update recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
- Generate periodic recruitment and HR reports as required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors and support office operations.
- Manage office documents, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist management with administrative support tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to handle recruitment calls confidently.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
