1. Security Team Supervision
- Supervise and manage security guards deployed at the society.
- Ensure guards are properly positioned at gates, towers, and patrol areas.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and duty rosters of security staff
Experience
- 2–5 years experience as Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard.
- Experience in Residential Society / Apartment Security preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Additional security training will be an advantage.
Patrol & Monitoring
- Conduct regular security patrols within the society premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security equipment.
- Ensure all security systems are functioning properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
