Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AM / Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our EPC projects. The role requires strong expertise in statutory compliance, manpower planning, and employee relations within the EPC / construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations for EPC projects
Manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce deployment
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Payroll coordination and HR MIS reporting
Employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Implement HR policies and improve HR processes
Coordinate with project teams and site HR
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
6–10 years of HR experience
Prior experience in EPC / Construction industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
