We are hiring... Inside sales Executive
Work time : 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Salary : 12000 to 20000 per month
Languages : Tamil (mandatory), Malayalam, English & any other languages are a plus
Work from office
Key Responsibilities
- Manage E-commerce & Online Sales efficiently.
- Handle Tamil Leads & Conversion to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM and Reporting.
- Manage Customer Communication & Call Handling (calls, emails, and social media inquiries).
- Coordinate with Dealers and Partners in Tamil Nādu to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Product sales, CRM, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English additional regional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable handling e-commerce orders, phone calls, emails, and social media queries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic e-commerce operations.
