Position Overview

- Objective: Retain skincare customers and increase repeat purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Dirct Client handling
- Launch daily SMS, email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Write clear copy about skincare routines and product benefits.
- Set up automated birthday and anniversary discount workflows.
Database & Segmentation
- Clean and organize customer contact lists daily.
- Segment users by skin type, age, and purchase history.
- Track customer behaviours like cart abandonment and repeat buys.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Assist in generating weekly customer retention reports.
- Run simple A/B tests on email subject lines.
Customer Insights
- Monitor product reviews and customer feedback trends.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve loyalty program issues.
- Share insights on trending skincare concerns with marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Clever Tap, Web Engage, or Mailchimp is a plus.
- Domain: Strong passion for skincare trends, ingredients, and routines.
- Traits: Fluency in English and other languages.
- Excellent written English and strong analytical thinking.
- Should be street smart in sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
