Job Title: Senior Executive – Refining

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain back-office documentation and records related to melting and refining processes for both studded and plain jewelry.
- Track and analyze process loss percentages, metal accounting, weights, recoveries, and wastage.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly MIS reports on production, recovery, and losses.
- Monitor depository losses and ensure proper reconciliation of metal balances.
- Review yield variances, identify deviations, and proactively flag issues for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize recovery rates and minimize losses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in jewelry manufacturing and refining operations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Good understanding of metal accounting and refining processes.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
