Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Company Security Trainer to train security personnel on corporate security procedures, safety protocols, emergency response, fire safety, access control, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the security industry and excellent training and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for security guards and supervisors.

- Security Operations
- Access Control Procedures
- Patrolling Techniques
- Fire & Safety
- Emergency Response
- First Aid Basics
- Incident Reporting
- CCTV Monitoring
- Visitor Management
- Corporate Security Standards
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct mock drills and practical demonstrations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest security practices and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Preferred)
- Certification in Security Training / Fire & Safety (Preferred)
- Experience in Corporate Security, Industrial Security, or Security Agency Training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle classroom and field training.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Security Training or Corporate Security.
- Experience in training security guards is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
