Duty Manager – Property Operations

Role Overview
The Duty Manager will be responsible for managing the property end-to-end, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experience, revenue optimization, team management, and compliance with brand standards. This role requires strong operational control, people leadership, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations Management
- Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Bloom’s brand standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and daily occupancy.
- Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Handle guest escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor online reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Drive high guest satisfaction scores and repeat business.
- Ensure personalized and proactive guest engagement.
3. Revenue & Financial Management
- Optimize room revenue through inventory management and rate discipline.
- Monitor daily sales, occupancy, ARR, and RevPAR performance.
- Control operating expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and billing accuracy.
- Support upselling initiatives and ancillary revenue generation.
4. Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise and manage property staff across departments.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach staff on SOPs and guest service standards.
- Ensure team discipline and positive work culture.
5. Vendor & Compliance Management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping supplies, maintenance, security, and utilities.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety norms, and documentation.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities when required.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Share daily revenue and operational reports with Cluster/Area Manager.
- Track KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain audit readiness at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 4–8 years of hospitality experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong operational and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with PMS systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
