Job Summary
The Showroom Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the jewellery showroom, driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the jewellery industry and a strong understanding of jewellery retail operations, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual showroom sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions and average ticket size.
- Promote high-value jewellery collections and ensure upselling opportunities.
Customer Experience Management
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and VIP clients.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team.
- Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Jewellery Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of jewellery products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, security, and storage of jewellery inventory.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Operations, and Procurement teams.
- Manage billing, documentation, and daily operational activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Jewellery Retail Industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Showroom Manager or Store Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gemstones, hallmarking, and retail operations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
