Arch Dream India is a growing architectural and design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality architectural drawings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for drawing updates and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and documentation.
- Maintain organized project records and drawing files.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, and building materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
