JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with 4+ years of experience in 3D Programming, preferably in a Tool Room environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to efficiently plan and manage VMC machining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize 3D programs for VMC machines.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for VMC machines.
- Ensure timely execution of machining jobs while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 operators/technicians.
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance of machines and tooling.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- GTTC or NTTF qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in VMC 3D Programming.
- Experience in a Tool Room is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of VMC machining processes, tooling, and programming.
