Job Title: Safety Officer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Location: Project Sites (as assigned)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards across project sites
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Monitor IT passive networking and AV installation activities
- Identify hazards and take corrective actions
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Ensure proper use of PPE
- Coordinate with project teams for safe execution
- Maintain safety documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- 8–10 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites
Certifications Required
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS)
- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety / PG Diploma in Safety Management
- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – highly preferred
Additional Certifications (Preferred)
- IOSH (Managing Safely / Working Safely)
- First Aid Certification
- Fire Safety / Fire Fighting Training
- Work at Height Certification
