About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and business focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across multiple business units, with a strong emphasis on Engineering, Product Management, and senior leadership hiring.
This role is ideal for a talent professional with deep expertise in recruiting for technology, SaaS, product led, and high growth organizations, coupled with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape long term talent strategies.
As a trusted talent advisor, you will partner with business leaders to attract and hire top-tier technical, product, CX (Customer experience), and leadership talent while leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and data-driven hiring strategies to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across business units focusing on multiple levels including leadership & Product and Engineering roles
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Drive proactive talent pipelining and market mapping initiatives for niche and leadership talent.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing market insights, hiring trends, compensation intelligence, and talent availability data.
- Influence and challenge hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and strategic consultation.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across geographies and functions with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
- Perform detailed competitor research, talent mapping, and organizational benchmarking within Product and SaaS industries.
- Build and maintain strong external talent networks and industry relationships.
- Provide insights on talent trends, skill availability, diversity markets, and hiring competitiveness.
University Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with campuses across Pan India to support long-term university hiring and engagement strategies.
- Be open to traveling to campuses as needed for hiring drives, relationship-building initiatives, and program-related activities.
- Manage bulk offer rollouts and support high-volume university hiring with strong attention to timelines, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc hiring and campus-related demands with agility, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate strong program management skills to plan, execute, and monitor campus hiring initiatives end to end.
- Leverage strong presentation and communication skills to represent the organization effectively during campus engagements, leadership reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Process Excellence
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive operational excellence, recruitment analytics, and process improvements.
- Partner with HRBP and compensation teams to ensure competitive and market-aligned offers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong expertise in Engineering and Product, Customer Experience & University hiring.
- Proven success hiring for technical & CX (Customer experience), and senior leadership roles across multiple business units.
- Experience recruiting within SaaS, product-led, technology, or high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of engineering and product talent landscapes, including emerging technology skill sets and leadership hiring trends.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior business leaders.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive pipelining.
- Strong consultative, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional international stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage recruitment data, hiring metrics, and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global organizations.
- Familiarity with hiring across multiple geographies and talent markets.
- Strong data orientation with experience using recruitment metrics and insights to drive decisions.
- Experience with modern sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence platforms.
