1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of projects and activities.
- Ensure project activities are executed as per approved plans and timelines.
- Liaise with field teams, trainers, partners, schools, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify implementation challenges.
- Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project events.
2. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
- Collect and compile project data, beneficiary information, and success stories.
- Maintain project records, MIS, attendance, photographs, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management, donors, and stakeholders.
- Develop presentations and project status updates.
3. Proposal Development
- Draft project proposals, concept notes, budgets, and donor submissions.
- Conduct research on CSR opportunities, government schemes, and funding agencies.
- Assist in preparing grant applications and partnership proposals.
- Support fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs and documentation.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track project outputs, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct field visits and monitor project implementation quality.
- Prepare impact assessment and project evaluation reports.
- Support data analysis and evidence-based reporting.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective communication with donors, CSR partners, government departments, and community stakeholders.
- Support project review meetings and donor visits.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in NGO project coordination, reporting, or proposal writing.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in CSR, Skill Development, Education, Health, or Livelihood projects will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
