Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to generate leads, traffic, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
Generate leads through digital marketing strategies
Analyze campaign data and prepare reports
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Work with content and design teams for ad creatives
Improve conversion rates and marketing performance
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends
Key Skills Required
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and lead generation
Analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of campaign optimization techniques
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage budgets and deadlines
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience: 2–4 Years
