Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART.
- Call customers and understand their requirements.
- Share quotations through WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up regularly with customers.
- Convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding order status.
- Maintain lead records in Excel or CRM.
- Handle WhatsApp Business communication professionally.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication in Hindi.
- Basic English reading and typing skills.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Web and email.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Confidence in customer calling and follow-ups.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in IndiaMART lead handling.
- Experience in printing, advertising, packaging, or B2B sales.
- Telecalling or customer support experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
