Key Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
- Coordinate models across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to detect and resolve clashes.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet design standards and project requirements.
- Support design reviews, clash detection, and construction planning using BIM tools.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, templates, and company protocols.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all BIM models and related files
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
