We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting data entry, preparation of invoices and vouchers, petty cash handling, GST & TDS working, and maintaining accurate financial records in Tally.
- Handle day-to-day accounting data entry in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and enter Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Contra and Journal vouchers in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain Invoices and Accounting Vouchers.
- Handle and maintain Petty Cash transactions and records.
- Perform GST and TDS working, calculations and entries in Tally.
- Assist with GST & TDS monthly and yearly workings.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and accounting records in Tally.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries and basic follow-up.
- Assist in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and verify bank transactions.
- Check and verify accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
- Tally Certificate is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Tally data entry and accounting entries.
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Contra & Journal Entries.
- Knowledge of Invoice and Voucher Preparation in Tally.
- Basic to good knowledge of GST & TDS working and calculations.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Knowledge of Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and work within deadlines.
- Graduate preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant Accounts experience preferred.
- Candidates must have practical working experience in Tally Prime.
- Tally certification is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
