Requirements:
- Soft‑spoken and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage email effectively and professionally.
- Effective calling skills for client follow‑ups and inquiries.
- Proven negotiation ability to secure favourable terms and rates.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
