About the Role:
We are hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator for Hospital in Greater Noida. This role focuses on enhancing patient experience, managing front desk interactions, and supporting digital engagement initiatives for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in posting Google reviews and guide them through the process
Record and coordinate patient video testimonials
Handle incoming calls and resolve patient queries professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with hospital staff
Maintain patient data using Excel/CRM systems
Conduct follow-up calls and collect patient feedback
Ensure a smooth and professional front desk patient experience
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly personality
Basic smartphone skills (video recording, WhatsApp, etc.)
Computer knowledge (Excel/data entry)
Prior experience in front desk or hospital setup (preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years (Healthcare or customer handling experience preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
