Job Description
We are looking for a Telugu Speaking Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with Telugu-speaking customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu and basic communication skills in English/Tamil.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage.
