Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager - Training & Placement to lead placement initiatives for our PGDM program. The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate connect, industry exposure, and proven experience in placements and corporate relations at reputed universities/institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive placement initiatives for PGDM students, ensuring strong corporate engagement and opportunities.
- Build and strengthen industry partnerships across sectors for campus recruitment.
- Organize placement drives, industry talks, internships, and recruitment programs.
- Mentor and prepare students to meet corporate expectations in terms of skills and employability.
- Collaborate with faculty and management for industry-aligned initiatives.
- Maintain and report placement statistics, analytics, and corporate engagement activities
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in placements and corporate engagement.
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
