Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically competent Production & Plant Lead to take complete ownership of our indoor manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operation of our automatic water bottling plant (filtration, blowing, filling, capping, labeling) and the animal feed production unit, ensuring consistent product quality, optimal machine uptime, and strict inventory control.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Plant & Machinery Operation: Independently operate and manage the water bottling line and animal feed mixing machinery.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance, manage minor electrical/pneumatic issues, and keep machine downtime to an absolute minimum.
- Labor Management: Supervise, train, and manage floor workers and loader teams to maintain steady daily output.
- Inventory & FIFO Management: Track all raw material inputs (preforms, caps, packaging film, feed grains) and apply strict physical FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to prevent wastage.
- Daily Reporting: Log accurate closing stock, daily material consumption, and total production counts, sharing them directly with the owner via WhatsApp/Excel every evening.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of practical experience as a machine operator, plant supervisor, or production lead in a mineral water bottling or food processing facility.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on understanding of mechanical plumbing, basic electrical panels, and pneumatic water plant systems.
- Traits: Discipled, highly organized, and capable of maintaining strict hygienic standards on the factory floor.
Compensation & Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on technical experience).
- Performance Bonus: Monthly incentive tied to zero-waste goals and maintaining peak machinery uptime.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
