New Classic Interiors is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage emails and WhatsApp communications
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good Communication Skills in Tamil and English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Freshers can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
