Job Summary:
The Fitout Manager at SILA will be responsible for managing all phases of fitout projects, ensuring adherence to established guidelines, safety standards, and quality protocols. This role requires effective coordination with diverse professionals, close supervision of project progress, and meticulous management of documentation and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Prepare and manage weekly and monthly project schedules to ensure timely completion of fitout projects.

Drawing and Guidelines Compliance: Review and verify drawing plans to ensure all fitout work adheres to the specified guidelines and standards.

Project Supervision: Oversee the project at all stages, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by residents and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with site managers, surveyors, engineers, architects, site workers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with building norms and project requirements.

Safety and Quality Management: Enforce safety and quality protocols for all fitout activities to ensure high standards and safe working conditions.

Billing Oversight: Review and verify bills from contractors to ensure accuracy and adherence to project budgets.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all fitout work conducted on-site, including progress reports, changes, and expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing fitout projects, with a thorough understanding of construction processes and interior design principles.
