Job Overview:
KMT Silks is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources functions of our textile retail operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and supporting the management team to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support management in workforce planning and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
