Toofit Fabrics, established in 1969, is a premium men’s fashion and wedding-wear destination in Kota, Rajasthan. We specialize in bespoke and occasion wear, including Bespoke Suits, Jodhpuri Suits, Sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, Kurta-Pajamas, and premium shirting.
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Associate who can contribute to our business growth by developing new customer relationships, generating leads, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce them to suitable products and services.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into business.
- Develop relationships with corporates, wedding planners, event professionals, institutions, and other potential business partners.
- Promote Toofit Fabrics’ premium bespoke and wedding-wear solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer records.
- Coordinate with the showroom and internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, market opportunities, and business performance.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, well-presented, and professional.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with new customers and business contacts.
- Good at relationship building, follow-ups, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
- Interested in premium fashion, menswear, lifestyle, and wedding solutions.
Experience in sales, business development, retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
