Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Develop realistic 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare concept designs, presentations, and visualization materials for clients.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Modify and revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
- Ensure all drawings and visualizations meet company standards and deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, software, and rendering techniques.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- 3ds Max / Blender
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
- Photoshop
- Strong understanding of:
- Interior & architectural design principles
- Space planning
- Material selection and lighting concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Fresher/experienced
- knowldege in architectural visualization or interior design projects preferred.
- Preferable to own laptop for lumion
