Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up with customers for renewals, feedback, or additional sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments when needed
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Time management and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass or graduate
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not always required
