About the Role
As an NDR Calling Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery operations by resolving non-delivery issues and coordinating with customers and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers regarding undelivered shipments
- Understand and resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate with logistics & courier teams
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
- Provide timely feedback to operations team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
