Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Charni Road Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the complete hiring process efficiently while supporting core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Draft and post job openings on portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and manage offer roll-outs
• Maintain candidate database and build talent pipelines
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
Other HR Responsibilities
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Support attendance and leave management
• Coordinate payroll inputs
• Address basic employee queries and HR support activities
Requirements
• Any Graduate or related field
• Proven recruitment experience is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
