Position: Sr. Sales Development Representative
Our client AI is an AI-powered tender management platform built for companies that need to find, analyse, and bid on tenders faster and with greater control. The platform helps tendering, business development, proposal, commercial, and management teams reduce manual review effort across long tender documents, addenda, annexures, forms, and compliance requirements.
Our client AI supports the full tender workflow, from finding relevant opportunities and checking qualification fit to analysing risks, preparing management summaries, extracting forms, drafting pre-bid queries, and helping teams move towards faster bid decisions. The product is built for Indian and global teams working on complex public and private tenders, especially in infrastructure, EPC, construction, energy, manufacturing, and enterprise services.
The company has worked with reputed tendering and project-driven organisations such as Bajaj Electricals, Voltas, thyssenkrupp, Toyo Engineering, Paharpur Cooling Towers, Shapoorji Pallonji, and other enterprise customers across India. teams use AI to bring more speed, consistency, and reviewability into tender analysis and bid preparation.
AI has raised funding from Titan Capital and Chiratae Ventures, two well-known venture capital firms backing high-growth technology companies. The company is building from Bengaluru with a strong focus on AI for tendering, procurement, and bid management workflows.
We are looking for a Senior SDR who can help our client AI build a strong outbound pipeline across enterprise accounts. This role is for someone who understands structured prospecting, can speak confidently with senior stakeholders, and can convert account research into high-quality sales meetings.
This role is for someone who enjoys outbound sales and can consistently open conversations with the right prospects. We are looking for someone sharp, persistent, structured, and comfortable selling a new-age AI product to traditional enterprise teams.
The ideal candidate should be able to research well, write strong outreach messages, handle objections calmly, and create qualified sales opportunities for the team.
