Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Create 3D models, views, and renders using SketchUp or other relevant software.
- Plan residential and commercial projects according to client and company requirements.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites to take measurements, inspect work, and resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design development.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy before execution at site.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding design and technical requirements.
- Make revisions and updates to drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, designs, and project records.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Modelling and Rendering.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and construction.
- Ability to read and prepare working drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualification
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institute.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial architecture, preferably with a builder, developer, or construction company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Software architecture: 2 years (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
- 3D modelling: 3 years (Preferred)
- 3ds Max: 3 years (Preferred)
